The Thunder Bugle comes with 2 RT-Reeds. The RT-White is installed on the mouthpiece and the RT-Black comes extra in the package.    

This is one of the best external calls ever made, it has a thin replaceable reed that snaps into place in seconds. What makes this call so good is how easy it is to use and the great sound that it produces. This is an original Glen Berry design. The Thunder Bugle works with your top lip or bottom lip, you can even place your tongue against the RT-Reed and gently blow through the call and get great sound. Tube size is 1.5" x 28" and comes with camo cover (patterns vary) and protective cap.

All replacement packs come with two RT-Reeds and fit both the Mini Thunder Bugle and original Thunder Bugle.

Item # RT-W - White Single Thin Replacement Reeds - The RT-W has a single layer of thin latex. It takes very little air pressure to produce a high pitch (Small - Medium Bull).

Item # RT-B - Black Single Thick Replacement Reeds - The RT-B has a single layer of thick latex. Reproduces the sounds of a medium to large bull elk.

Item # RT-G - Green Double Replacement Reeds - The RT-G consists of two layers of latex. The thick/thin latex combination is designed to produce the sounds of an excited bull elk.

Item # RT-R - Red Criss Cross Replacement Reeds - The RT-R consists of three layers of latex. The RT-R is designed to get more volume and a medium range of tones.

The Mini Thunder Bugle has all the great features of the original Thunder Bugle. What makes this call so versatile is the collapsible grunt tube that extends to 28" and collapses down to a handy size of 10". This call uses the same RT-reeds as the original Thunder Bugle.

SLEAZY COW CALL

The Sleazy Cow Call produces a raspy cow-in-estrus call that drives bulls crazy. This call is great for locating bulls at long distances or bulls that have become call shy. The Sleazy Cow Call was used in our DVD's "Hot Bulls Classics" and "Hot Bulls III" with great success.

UNMATCHED VERSATILITY

The open reed design allows the caller to produce a range of sounds from high pitched cow and calf sounds to bull mews and even cow-in-estrus calls.

Place call in mouth with reed on top. Gently bite down on call and softly exhale producing the sound (eeeee). While exhaling slide the call inward toward your mouth producing the sound (eeeow). Longer calls are cows and shorter calls are calves.

BERRY X-SERIES ELK CALLS

Item # X-1 - Young Hot Bull (Pink) - This reed takes very little air pressure to produce a high pitch. Add voice with it and get the realistic sounds of a hot bull. $5.95

Item # X-2 - Satellite Bull (Yellow) - This reed has a separation between the sound reed and the X, producing a higher to medium pitched cow call and the grunts, bugles and mews of a satellite bull. $5.95

Item # X-3 - Herd Bull (Brown) - This reed has a separation between the thick sound reed and X, producing the deeper tones of a herd bull. $5.95

Item # X-4 - Roosevelt (Red) - This reed has a separation between the sound reed and X, producing the high pitched shrill of a Roosevelt bull and allowing the sound to carry through the thick coastal vegetation. $5.95

BIG BULL FLEX-FRAME MOUTH CALLS

The unique flex-frame mouth calls are manufactured using a narrow nylon frame, making these calls smaller in size to fit a large percent of the hunters pallets, giving you a better seal for quality sounds.

BERRY WEDGE FRAME MOUTH CALLS

 

All Wedge Frame Calls are made with two different size aluminum frames.

Item # WF1 - Wedge Frame Single White Reed - The WF1 features a single latex reed that is stretched to hold its tension to produce the high pitch bugles and grunts of a small bull. $5.50

Item # WF2 - Wedge Frame Double Red Reed - The WF2 features two layers of latex. This call has a thin sound reed and produces a medium range of tones. $5.75

Item # WF3 - Wedge Frame Triple Blue Reed - The WF3 features three layers of latex. This reed is designed to get more volume and the raspy pitch of an old bull elk. The WF3 also produces good cow calls. $5.95

Item # WFC3 - Wedge Frame Criss Cross Triple Green Reed - The WFC3 has the same design as the Hot Bull Reed, but with the aluminum wedge frame. The thin sound reed lets you call like a small bull or you can put a lor of air and voice with the call to produce an excited bull call. One of Glen's favorites. $5.95
